Seabrook Yacht Corporation was started by Albert and Ernest Fay in 1938. It was primarily a repair facility but continued as a boatbuilder after its wartime experience. The yard, which is still a yacht repair facility, was at the southwest end of Jennings (or Snake) Island: see it from the air on Google here.
