KEWAUNEE SHIPBUILDING

Kewaunee WI

Most recent update: August 30, 2021.

Kewaunee Shipbuilding & Engineering was started in 1941, specifically for the war effort.  It is now called Kewaunee Fabrications and is a subsidiary of Oshkosh Corporation.  The existing plant is not on the water - although it's not far away - so it is not clear where the actual shipyard was.  If anyone can provide any information about either the yard or the ships it built, please e-mail it to me at timcolton@aol.com.
