National Shipbuilding Corporation, Violet LA

(previously operated by Alabama & New Orleans Transportation Co.)

Most recent update: March 10, 2016.

National Shipbuilding Corp. bought this yard in 1919, a bad time to be getting into the shipbuilding industry.  It also had a yard in Three Rivers, Quebec, but failed in 1922.  If anyone can add to the table below, please send your info to timcolton@aol.com
