Kretzer Boat Works was started in 1906 and was best known as a yacht finisher, i.e. for outfitting bare hulls built elsewhere. It was sold in 1977 as a marina and was destroyed by fire in 1997: its site is now occupied by the Seafood City restaurant. If anyone can provide any information about the boats it built, please e-mail it to me at tim@coltoncompany.com.
