Broward Yachts, Fort Lauderdale FL and Saugatuck MI
(formerly Broward Marine)
Broward Marine was established by Frank Denison, in 1948, on the site of the former Dooley's Basin & Dry Dock, which had been a major WWII builder of P boats for the U.S. Army. The Saugatuck yard was started in 1979. If anyone can add to this table, please e-mail me at tim@coltoncompany.com. Visit the shipyard at www.browardmarine.com and see the Fort Lauderdale yard from the air on Google here.
