Snow Shipyards, Rockland ME

Most recent update: September 22, 2010.

Snow Shipbuilding was founded in 1862 and closed after WWII.  It was located at the end of Mechanic Street: see it from the air on Google here.  The western half is now the Sail, Power and Steam Museum: visit it here.  The eastern half is still active as Rockland Marine.
