Lake Union Dry Dock, Seattle WA
(including Associated Shipbuilders)
Most recent update: February 21, 2012.
Lake Union Dry Dock Company was established as a repair yard in 1919 and continues in that role today. Along the way, it has also built quite a number of boats. During WWII, it built yard minesweepers under the name Associated Shipbuilders, which was a joint venture with Puget Sound Bridge & Dredging Co. and which built larger minesweepers in PSB&D's yard on Harbor Island. Visit the company here and see it from the air on Google here. If anyone can add to the table below, please send your info to timcolton@aol.com
