Halter Marine, Inc., Moss Point MS

Halter Moss Point was one of the four original Halter yards bought by Trinity in 1983.  Under Trinity's ownership, it became one of the leading builders of high-value small ships and remains so today.  It was spun off by Trinity in 1996 as part of Halter Marine Group.  In July 2002, it was one of the six remaining Halter shipyards that were acquired by Singapore Technologies from the bankruptcy of Friede Goldman Halter.  Visit the new company at www.vthm.com.
