Globe Shipbuilding, Superior WI

Most recent update: June 28, 2010.

There were apparently two Globe Shipbuilding Companies in Superior.  This one was operational only during WWI, while the other was operational only during WWII and was at a different location.  This yard is believed to have been on the site that was occupied by Walter Butler Shipbuilders in World War Two.  If anyone can provide any further information about either, please e-mail me at timcolton@aol.com.
