Pullman Standard Car Manufacturing Company, Chicago IL

In 1943, Pullman established a shipyard on Lake Calumet and took a leading role in wartime small ship design and construction.  Little is known about this yard, however, and if anyone can provide any information about either the yard or the ships it built, please e-mail it to me at tim@coltoncompany.com.
