Puget Sound Bridge & Dredging Company established Associated Shipbuilders at the outset of the war and closed it again at the end of the war. Its exact location and history are not clear: it seems likely that it was one of the two facilities operated by Puget Sound Bridge & Dredging on Harbor Island after the war and that were later bought by Lockheed Shipbuilding. Can anyone confirm this?
