The shipyard in Toledo was started by John Craig and his son, John F. Craig, who transferred the operation to Long Beach CA in 1906 and sold the Toledo yard to The American Ship Building Company, which renamed it Toledo Shipbuilding. When AmShip folded, the yard reverted to the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority. It is still in operation today as a repair yard, at its original location on Front Street at the foot of the appropriately named Craig Street, between Consaul and York Streets. It was briefly leased to Manitowoc Marine but is now leased to Ironhead Marine. See it from the air on Google here.
