V-Type Tugs


 There were four types of tugs.  The largest design was the V4-M-A1, a 186-foot oceangoing tug, of which 49 were built.  There were also 14 of the 148-foot V3-S-AH2 wooden design, 26 of the 94-foot V2-ME-A1 steel design, and 35 of the 58-foot V2-M-AL1 wooden design.
