J. J. Taylor & Sons, Toronto ON

Most recent update: August 29, 2011.

J. J. Taylor was an English boatbuilder who started a yard in Toronto Harbour's Western Gap in 1914.  The site was later taken over by the National and Alexandra Yacht Clubs, when Taylor moved to an inland manufacturing facility.  He produced hundreds of small boats but few of any size, and the company is now a part of Saga Yachts.  If you can make any additions or corrections to the table, please send your info to timcolton@aol.com
