Steers Shipbuilding, St. John's NL

Most recent update: August 30, 2011.

Steers is well known in Newfoundland as a home furnishings retailer.  During WWII, it operated a Marine Department to build boats for the war effort.  Can anyone tell me where exactly this yard was located and what's on the site now?  And if anyone has any additions and/or corrections to the table below, please send your info to timcolton@aol.com
