Lyall Shipbuilding, North Vancouver BC
Most recent update: August 3, 2010.
William Lyall Shipbuilding Co. Ltd. was a World War One emergency yard, formed in 1917 and closed in 1921. It was located on the splendidly named "Fell Fill", at the foot of Fell Avenue, which puts it immediately to the east of where Vancouver Shipyards is today. See the site from the air on Google here.
